Asus unveils VH series of feature-rich LCD monitors, comprising of the 18.5-inch VH192C/SC/D, 21.5-inch VH222H/S, 21.5-inch VH226H/C and 23.6-inch VH242H/T monitors.
The high-gloss black-colored VH models features HDMI port to connect Blu-ray disc and other portable devices; ASUS Smart Contrast Ratio (ASCR) technology to amplify the contrast ratio up to an astounding 20000:1; Trace Free technology to offer a 2ms (gray-to-gray) quick response time and Aspect Control technology that displays 4:3 images.
The latest range of LCD monitors from Asus also features Splendid Video Intelligence Technology with five video preset modes and three skin tone selections. It analyzes the properties of video content being played back and accordingly fine-tunes the displays’ parameters for precise color and image reproduction.
Additionally, the VH192, VH222, VH226 and VH242 also offer perfect aspect ratio of 16:9, stereo speakers and a S/PDIF audio output, ensuring significant audio quality for games, movies and music.
While the LCD monitors sporting 21.5-inch screens and above are compatible with Full HD 1080p (1920×1080) resolution, the 18.5″ VH192C/SC is compliant with green power saving technology and Color Shine Technology for brilliant images at low power.
