Samsung VM-MX25E Video Camera

Samsung has announced its latest VM-MX25E digital media camcorder, successor of SC-MX20.

The video camera uses H.264 codec to encode videos, which allows users to easily upload their video directly to YouTube or Apple’s portable devices. It also supports MP4 format.

It can store up to 8 hours of 640 x 480 pixels DVD-quality video on a 16 GB SD memory card. Alternatively, the camera is compatible with SDHC card to store up to 32 GB of video. Samsung has widened the video camera’s storage options; it can now store video in external memory cards as it does not have any built-in memory.

The VM-MX25E also features enhanced 3D noise reduction software that has been added for low light shooting; and Cyber Link software to directly upload videos on YouTube.

Available in black and red colors, the Samsung VM-MX25E video camera will sell for $340 (approx. Rs. 15,796)
