Price details of the Asus ET2013IGTI and ET2220INTI all-in-ones have been announced and the touch-based devices apt for home and office use will set users back by Rs. 49,000 and Rs. 65,000, respectively. The former runs the Windows 7 OS, while the latter claims to make the most of Microsoft’s latest 8 Pro platform.
First up is the ET2013IGTI AIO, which gains steam for a power-packed and energy-efficient performance from a third generation Intel Core i3-3220 processor. The CPU works in conjunction with 4GB of DDR3 RAM and users can hoard their digital content in the integrated 500GB hard drive. It tags along a 20-inch 16:9 HD+ LED-backlit 2-point multi-touch display which renders clear visuals in 1600 x 900p resolution.
The device’s ability of reproducing advanced graphics can be attributed to AMD HD7470M GPU with 1GB VRAM. Complete with an optical disc drive, the black-colored AIO features Wi-Fi 802.11n and facilitates video conferencing over the web using a 2MP webcam. A couple of speakers have been added to the mix as well and the system sports multiple connectivity options that include 5 USB ports, an HDMI connector, a Kensington lock, a card reader, a microphone jack and a headphone jack.
The ET2220INTI variant’s internal working is carried out under the supervision of an Intel Core i5-3330 CPU and 6GB of DDR3 RAM. It hides a 1TB HDD under the hood and has an ODD as well. The Windows 8 Pro-based system understands gestures, thanks to its 21.5-inch full HD 10-point multi-touch screen and even delivers decent visuals with a little help from NV GT610M GPU.
The multimedia-ready device employs 2 Sonic Master speakers along with a headphone jack to connect other audio accessories, while a 2MP webcam is accompanied by a microphone output. Potential buyers have the option of tethering multiple gadgets as it is embedded with several USB ports, HDMI connectors and a card reader amongst others.
