Novatium Solutions launched their flagship product called ‘Nova netPC’ in Mauritius. It has been launched in collaboration with Mauritius Telecom. This economical Nova netPC is a server driven device, all the updates are carried out centrally through the server.
Apparently, by making it available at a low price, Novatium plans at the expansion of this product in overseas. It aims at making the Nova netPC available to almost 1,00,000 households by 2012.
Novatium is said to market the Nova netPC in 10 Indian cities including Banglore and Kolkata. The company will reach these cities through its retail partners and already has around 40 retail partners in Delhi.
Novatium Nova NetPC carries a price tag of only MR 4,300 or US $100 (approx Rs.4,219).
