The new Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD and fresh Kindle Wi-Fi are now selling through Staples. Those interested in laying hands on any of the devices can perhaps get a feel of it before purchasing it.

First to enter is the faster variant of the Kindle e-ink eReader with Special Offers. It drags along new darker and hand-tuned fonts for convenient reading, along with faster page turns. It is said to allow downloading of books in a span of 60 seconds and arrives with Wi-Fi connectivity.

The next to enter is the Kindle Fire HD 7-inch 16GB version. It shows off a 1280 × 800p display that’s further accentuated with anti-glare technology and a polarizing filter. It is expected to provide crisp and clear colors from any viewing angle. The slab also incorporates dual stereo speakers and Dolby audio technology to render quality acoustics.

The tab is claimed to be the first of its kind to employ dual band, dual antenna Wi-Fi for streaming and downloading content at a quicker pace. Lastly, the new Kindle Fire sports a 7-inch display and carries twice the memory, 40% faster performance and a longer battery life as compared to its previous version. A number of applications from the Amazon Appstore are ready at hand, while users can also avail of free cloud storage.

The Kindle Fire, Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Wi-Fi price and availability details have been revealed by Staples. The gadgets are tagged at $159 (approx. Rs. 8,635), $199 (approx. Rs. 10,800) and $69 (approx. Rs. 3,750), respectively. Apart from them, the Kindle Paperwhite Wi-Fi is up for pre-sale for $119 (approx. Rs. 6,465), while the 3G build can be ordered for $179 (approx. Rs. 9,720).
