Logitech G51 Surround Sound Speaker System unveiled in India

Logitech G51 Speaker System

Logitech has introduced the G51 Surround Sound Speaker System in the Indian market. It has a 5.1 360-degree surround sound with dual Matrix modes for a more immersive gaming experience. The new system belongs to the G-series family of PC gaming peripherals from Logitech.

The system includes four left and right satellite speakers. Gamers can rotate the satellite stands to mount them on the wall, or clip the center channel to the top of their LCD flat-panel monitor.

The G51 Surround Sound Speaker System boasts Matrix technology that delivers a 5.1 surround-sound experience from any common two-channel stereo source. Generally the PC games feature stereo or two-channel sound. Logitech’s G51 Surround Sound Speaker System’s advantage is that it splits the audio signal into six channels of sound, without degrading the audio quality. That means gamers can now enjoy high music quality.

The system is equipped with two Matrix modes for two different activities like gaming and music. Also it features Frequency Directed Dual Driver (FDD2) technology, which produces a uniform sound field by housing two drivers in each satellite.

The G51 Surround Sound Speaker System is further enhanced with control pod that includes both headphone and microphone jacks. The control pod is also equipped with dual mute controls, through which users can mute game audio, mute only the microphone or even both.

The G51 Surround Sound Speaker System is now available in the Indian market at the price of Rs. 12,995.
