MSI Wind PC, Eee Rival launched

MSI Wind PC The world is getting smaller, and so are the gadgets. After Eee PC, MSI is the one to come up with a small PC. MSI has introduced the Wind PC that has the potential to give a tough fight to Asus’ Eee.

The Wind PC includes an 8-inch or a 10-inch display, which is slightly bigger than the Eee PC.

A QWERTY keyboard, 1GHz or 1.6GHz CPUs, Intel Atom processor, 1024 x 768 display, 1GB of RAM and solid-state or 2.5-inch hard drive options are the key features of the Wind PC.

The new laptop will initially be available with Linux OS. However the Wind PC is also compatible with Windows XP. Besides, its battery rates the life of up to 7 hours.

MSI’s Wind PC is to be available in Europe in various colors such as silver, pink and blue. The prices will begin from €299, and can vary depending on the configuration.
