BlackBerry Curve 8300 Smartphone After Vodafone and Airtel even BPL has launched RIM’s blackberry phone. BPL Mobile, a leading cellular service provider in Mumbai, India has announced to launch BlackBerry Curve 8300 smartphone in the city.

BPL is targeting the new phone at young professionals in the age group between 25-35.

Like all other BlackBerry phones, the 8300 smartphone features full QWERTY keyboard and ultra-bright 320 x 240 pixel display. Its sensing technology automatically adjusts backlighting levels for optimal viewing in indoor, outdoor and dark environments.

Moreover, the 8300 sports multimedia features such as a 2 MP camera with 5x digital zoom, built-in flash, self-portrait mirror and full screen viewfinder. Also users can share captured photos by email, MMS or BlackBerry Messenger, Bluetooth or USB cable.

BPL Mobile will offer the BlackBerry Curve 8300 smartphone to individuals as well as to small businesses on the BlackBerry Internet Service allowing users to access up to ten supported personal email accounts (including most popular ISP email accounts) from a single device.
