A lot of today’s gadgets seem to be fitting into smaller chassis without compromising on functionality. MenQ has introduced the EasyPC E790 mini PC that combines a small form factor with a handful of enviable features.
The official product page shows that the PC has a CPU powered by the Samsung 400MHz/533MHz processor and offers 128MB as also 2GB of RAM and ROM, respectively. It houses a standard SD card slot that allows for expansion of up to 32GB. E790 operates with the Windows CE 5.0 OS and offers integrated 802.11b/g WLAN and LAN RJ45 connectivity. Additionally, it also accommodates Skype and Skype Talk.
MenQ’s latest mini PC sports a 7 inch TFT screen that displays 65,536 colors in resolutions of 800 x 480p. This shockproof contraption plays on-line videos directly in YouTube and can be reset to automatically fix the Windows system. It features an in-built speaker and 3.5mm headphone jack. The mini PC hosts LEDs indicating AC and DC power as well as battery status, power on/off and reset buttons as also 3 USB ports.
This 0.80kg light device has dimensions of 213.5mm x 145mm x 32mm and is powered by a 4,000mAh battery. The MenQ EasyPC E790 is reportedly tagged at $80 (approx. Rs.3,700).
