Beware when dealing with Lenovo directly, no matter how fantastic I find the thinkpad laptops to be, Lenovo’s customer service is downright incompetent and dishonest.

My experience with Lenovo consisted of being advised of the completely incorrect return procedure by a Lenovo rep, and when I followed said return procedure, all traces my laptop have gone missing, Lenovo has even gone so far as to call me a liar, saying I never sent the machine back!

Lenovo lied to me resulting in the loss of my money and my laptop. I’m a huge fan of the thinkpad line of laptops, but Lenovo’s customer service is horrible… absolutely horrible. Buyer Beware it seems, as if you don’t know more about the inside policies of Lenovo than an actual Lenovo customer service agent, following any bit of their advice or instructions may just end up with you having no money, no machine, and Lenovo calling you a liar to boot.

Yes i do agree. The name can remain as Thinkpad. but its basically a scratch pad.

many people complained to me about the lenovo laptop. the blue screen error is really intimidating. actually i planned to buy a thinkpad T series. but im thinking of switching to HP.
