BenQ introduces its latest digital camera, dubbed E1050 that claims to be the world’s slimmest photographic device with a thickness of only 16.8mm. It measures 95 x 57 x 17.6 mm (W x H x D).
The 10 megapixel digital camera flaunts it capability to provide a wide range of picture resolutions that supports HD and VGA formats. You can preview the images on a large 3-inch LCD screen. It also sports a 3x optical zoom lens, 32 distinct still image or video shooting modes, red eye remover feature and ISO 3200.
Apart from these specs, it also comes with a host of intelligent features that consist of Web Sharing mode, AF assist lamp, and users can take 16:9 high-definition images. It takes a video of 640×480 at 30 fps for up to 10 minutes or 100MB that can be shared with friends and families over internet. If the images need alterations, you have the freedom to enlarge and crop them.
Supporting an expandable SD card slot, the camera holds up to 16 GB of media contents.
Weighing 120g, the additional features include self-timer, 40cm focus range, flash auto, white balance auto and custom modes as well as 720mAh Rechargeable Li-on Battery.
It comes bundled with USB cable, software CD, manual, hand strap, pouch, AV cable, battery set and adaptor.
Resting in the stainless steel casing, the BenQ E1050 digital camera will reach the market in metallic grey only. The availability and pricing details are still unannounced.
