HP crafts DreamScreen 400 for entertainment enthusiasts

The desktop experience has now been enhanced for those who just can’t keep their hands off touchscreens. Hewlett-Packard has recently unfurled the latest HP DreamScreen 400 all-in-one desktop PC only for the Indian subcontinent. Added with a dash of sophistication with its silver hued frame, the new device has been crafted with an icon-based interface which intuitively retorts to touch.

Indian users can effortlessly use the DreamScreen 400 since it addresses the language barrier and shows information in English as well as Hindi. The company is planning to include support for other Indian languages as well. It comes bundled with an entertainment package which subsumes music, Bollywood movies, Bollywood TV and games.

This renders a truly immersive and interactive experience. Moreover, users can connect with their loved ones by dialing a number through the video calling capabilities.

HP has partnered with several Indian content and service providers which proffer access to content over the Internet connection on the all-in-one desktop. These partners include Tata Teleservices and Airtel for web connectivity options, Bill Desk for online bill payments, Edurite, Apalya and Tata Communications for Live Darshan, India Games, India Today, Music Today, NDTV and Yatra.

The HP DreamScreen 400 is now available in 700 outlets across 60 cities in India for Airtel and Tata subscribers at a price point of Rs. 19,999, excluding taxes.
