For those who would like to wnjoy quicker Internet connectivity speeds on multiple devices, here’s a new technological product. Verizon Wireless and Samsung Mobile have together unleashed the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot which will utilize Verizon’s 4G LTE Mobile Broadband network.

Offering ability to connect with up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices, this wireless peripheral renders download speeds of 5 to 12Mbps. The latest device is backward compatible with Verizon’s 3G network, thereby enhancing connectivity options. With upload speeds of up to 2 to 5Mbps, it ensures quicker data transfer.

“By harnessing the power and speed of the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network, our customers have a trusted source of connectivity with the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot. We’re expanding our portfolio of 4G LTE-capable devices to provide power and portability to our customers so that they’ll stay connected on the go,” stated Marni Walden, vice president and chief marketing officer for Verizon Wireless.

Showcased at the 2011 International Consumer Electronics Show, the Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot touts to provide speeds which are up to ten times swifter as compared to Verizon Wireless’ 3G network. The carrier’s 4G network areas are expected to be expanded to other regions by the end of this year.

As of now, there’s no official word on the pricing details of this Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot. Although, it is anticipated to be available by the mid of this year through Verizon Wireless.
