Apple fans may find it difficult to now let go of entertainment delivered by AirPlay. Providing a solution which offers multimedia playback whilst driving, PhotoFast has now designed a new wireless audio device for users’ car, the AP1000. Users can link the solution and play music from direct streaming through the iDevice.
According to the company, users spend on an average 1/12 day driving to and from their work or somewhere else. This concern gave an opportunity to develop this audio solution which helps owners bring their music library along wherever they go. The compact device can be effortlessly installed in the car. Its button free design automatically turns on the device when the vehicle is switched on.
Equipped with 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi, the device also comes with 802.11n draft wireless protocol. It requires power input of 5-18V DC and has R/L channel audio output. The car stereo should be incorporated with aux-in for efficient installation. With 2.4GHz or 5GHz frequency bands, the offering renders radio output power of 20dBm.
However, the pricing and availability details of the AP1000 wireless audio solution for car are unknown as yet.
