Last week we reported about arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 in India and the latest follow-up states that users can now lay their hands on this sleek tablet via LetsBuy. Running on Honeycomb, the Google Android platform developed especially to enhance the usability of tablets, it is now up for pre-order through the e-retailer.
The lightweight tablet is fitted with a 25.65cm TFT multitouch display with WXGA resolution of 1280 x 800. Powered by the 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, the Honeycomb-powered tablet employs a 7000mAh battery for a long battery life with a standby time of up to 2120 hours in 2G. Besides a 1GB RAM, it has an internal memory of 16GB.
Accompanying the 2MP webcam is the 3 megapixel camera with built-in flash at the rear end. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 allows carrying out various multimedia functions which are inclusive of audio and video playback, recording, video streaming and more. In addition to Mobile Printing, it is loaded with Office Document Viewer which allows editing documents on the go.
Along with support for operating frequencies like GSM and EDGE, the 3G enabled tablet supports Wireless LAN. Also, the tablet can be connected to various devices through Bluetooth v3.0 and peripherals utilizing the USB and HDMI ports. Attributes like phonebook, messaging, emails, etc. are also included in the device together with GPS, RSS, compass, accelerometer and more.
