The HTC Flyer is now made available through U.S. Cellular. Operating on Android 2.3.4, this device embeds 5MP rear and 1.3MP front facing cameras. It is accompanied by an optional HTC Scribe pen which is useful for highlighting text, making notes, drawing and signing documents on the screen.
Powered by a 1.5Ghz Snapdragon processor, this 7-inch tablet integrates 32GB of internal memory. Needless to say, it employs the HTC Sense user interface. Featuring eight homescreens, users can personalize their tablet with various widgets and apps.

Customers of U.S. Cellular will be getting certain benefits on buying this device. Some of these include the free Battery Swap and a rewards program wherein they can earn points for paying their monthly wireless bills on time or getting in new customers. They are enabled to download a free app called the U.S. Cellular Family Organizer which helps families stay connected with other members’ appointments, shopping lists, work timings and such other functions.
The HTC Flyer is now available for $399.99 (approx. Rs. 19,676) following a $100 mail-in rebate along with a purchase of a 5GB data plan. It can also be bought for $599.99 (approx. Rs. 29,514) after a $100 mail-in rebate along with a purchase of a 200MB data plan.
