Back in February, we had reported that Fusion Garage along with CSL has partnered together to mass produce and bring to eager audiences the JooJoo internet tablet. As users get their hands on one of these newly released devices, Engadget has split the JooJoo Tablet wide open in order to reveal just what the device has to offer.

As Engadget suggests, the JooJoo can be cracked open by simply removing just ten screws with the right screwdriver. On removing the cover, the 1GB RAM slot, the mini PCIe SSD and extra mini PCIe slot as well as the 3G SIM slot could be easily espied. The 3G antenna however could not be located.

From the hardware specs we move towards the software of the JooJoo tablet. A lot of issues were observed with some of the aspects especially regarding to Hotmail and Netflix. For the former, the user was asked to upgrade to a ‘newer browser’ while the latter was not at all supported.

With these revelations, it is now left up to the buyer to determine just how their JooJoo tablet is working for them.
