Transcend has announced the inclusion of the Store Jet 35T to its line-up of Store Jet external hard drives. The compact 3.5-inch StoreJet 35T bundles up Turbo HDD USB transfer mode and One Touch auto-backup button for easier uploads, downloads, storage and transfer of data.
The Store Jet 35T’s Turbo HDD USB technology provides unparalleled data transfer performance while enhancing write speeds from 33MB/s to an average of 42MB/s which is about 30 percent increase. On switching the drive from standard mode to Turbo HDD USB mode, the LED indicator also changes color from green to bright blue, displaying the drive’s current speed status. In addition, the Store Jet 35T features Store Jet Elite software for advanced 256-bit AES file and folder encryption with compression options.

It has been attributed with intelligent backup scheduling, Internet tools, advanced security tools and two years of product warranty.
Transcend has made the drive available in voluminous 1TB and 1.5TB storage capacities alongside Windows 7 certified. The Store Jet 35T is priced at Rs. 14,000 and will be available through Supertron and Mediaman.
