WD launches My Passport Elite, My Book Elite and My Book Studio hard drives

WD My Book Drive Deeming users’ aggrandized need for a reliable and efficacious storage devices, Western Digital has recently released its range of next-generation external hard drives equipped with highly advanced features in India. The most recently unveiled range of swanky products includes My Passport Elite, My Book Elite and My Book Studio.

Daintily designed, My Passport Elite embodies an illuminated capacity gauge and drive clock indicator while My Book Elite incorporates a customizable e-label making drives personal. On the other hand, My Book Studio comes with a customizable e-label with FireWire 800 interface. These convenient-to-use external hard drives feature automatic and continuous backup with WD SmartWare software and 256-bit hardware-based encryption.

Furthermore, My Book Elite drives are now available in capacities of 1TB, 1,5TB and 2TB with a three-year limited warranty. These productive drives range from Rs. 7,200 to Rs. 13,400 depending on capacity. Whereas, My Book Studio drives are offered in capacities of 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB with a three-year limited warranty. These drives are ranged from Rs. 7,450 to Rs. 14,600, again depending upon capacity.

Users can grab My Passport Elite drives with storage capacities of 320GB, 500GB and 640GB. Ranging from Rs. 5,500 to Rs. 8,700, these drives are also backed by a three-year limited warranty.
