Apacer has launched two Elite USB 2.0 flash drives from its Handy Steno series, namely the AH521 and the AH522.
Housed in zinc alloy and electro-polished components, both the USB drives feature a retractable USB connector sporting a translucent casing and a hidden blue LED.
The AH522 shines in a golden metallic frame with black translucent casing, while the AH521 comes with a silver metallic frame with black translucent casing.
The Handy Steno flash drives support Apacer Compression Explorer (ACE) software that can be downloaded to expand the capacity up to 5 times more without comprising the security aspect.
The AH522 features up to 30MB/sec read and 12 MB/sec write speed, while the AH521 delivers a read access speed of up to 17 MB/sec and a write access speed of up to 6 MB/sec.
The price is yet to be announced.
