Recently, Kingston has introduced its latest bundle kit that flawlessly elevates the level of the hard drive to solid-state drive. Now, the company has announced the availability of the bundle with SSDNow M Series solid-state drives in the Indian market. It comes in 80GB and 160GB storage capacities.
Based on the Intel X-25M SATA SSDs, the latest kit claims to combine the SSD with the software tools. While Acronis True Image hard drive cloning software helps to clone the contents of one’s hard-disk drive to the SSD, the CD installation guide assists users in installing hardware. For notebook PCs, it has USB 2.5″ enclosure with USB cable. To accompany desktop PCs, it carries a 2.5″ to 3.5″ drive bay mounting brackets and screws along with SATA data and power cable extenders.
Speaking about the specifications of the 2.5-inch Kingston SSDNow M Series, it provides 250MB/sec. reading and 70MB/sec. writing speeds as well as an interface of SATA 1.5Gb/sec. and 3.0Gb/sec. There are no moving mechanical parts, ensuring a powerful resistance during rougher conditions

Besides, 80 GB and 60 GB 2.5-inch SATA SSDs (stand alone) carry a price tag of Rs. 32,249 and Rs. 63,449.
