Epson WorkForce 320 and 325 all-in-one solutions coming soon

Epson has unveiled the WorkForce 320 and 325 which can be employed as printers, copiers, scanners as well as fax solutions. The gadgets employ quick-drying DuraBrite Ultra all-pigment ink which is water and smudge resistant.

Both the offerings operate at ISO speeds of 4.3ppm for black and 2.2ppm for color printing. Users are provided with separate ink cartridges to replace only the color which runs out. These Wi-Fi ready peripherals are cited to print clear images and documents, while the automatic document feeder takes up to 30 pages.

The WorkForce 325 comes with OCR software which can convert scanned documents into editable and searchable text. It flaunts of one-touch color as also black and white copying capabilities too. Additionally, users can directly scan PDFs and e-mails, store vital data and directly fax content stored on their PCs.

The gadgets offer 1200dpi scanning and 5760 x 1440dpi printing facilities and have the ability to print on both the sides of a page. Epson’s MicroPiezo print head technology lets the 320 and 325 deliver ink droplets in up to three different sizes. The peripherals have received the Energy Star certification and are power efficient as well as RoHS compliant.

The Epson WorkForce 320 is priced at $79.99 (approx. Rs. 3,730) and 325 costs $99.99 (approx. Rs. 4,670). These printing solutions can be expected to arrive in mid-August this year through major computer and electronic stores as well as through Epson’s retail and online stores.
