Compact Bluetooth headsets are on great demand these days. Catering to the requirements of its consumers GN Netcom, recently publicized the retail launch of the most awaited Jabra Halo, Bluetooth headset.

The Bluetooth stereo headset is attuned with Blackberry smartphones along with Apple’s iPhone and iPod Touch. One of the interesting features of this device is the Multiuse functionality that permits users to connect two Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones, smartphones, MP3 player, television, video game console, or laptop simultaneously.

The Bluetooth stereo headset boasts an over-the-head, foldable design, enabling users to easily carry it in a compact case. The Halo features a sensitive on/off functionality, a display that shows battery and connectivity status, and a touch volume control, facilitating users to control music straight from the headset. Further, it is capable of switching between wireless and wired connectivity, in case a device doesn’t support Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) technology.

Employing the Zirene power bass technology for audio enhancement, it offers superior audio quality even in small devices.The headset measures 0.2” x 0.5” x 0.7” and weighs around 3 ounces. The Halo offers 8 hours of music time and talktime and a standby time of up to 13 days. It also utilizes advanced DSP technology, Audio Shock Protection, and Jabra’s Noise Blackout technology to supervise and balance incoming audio volume and blocking out background sound.

The Jabra Halo is now available at U.S. Best Buy retail stores for the suggested retail price of $129.99 (approx. Rs. 6,339). It would be offered at Best Buy Canada retail stores by early October.
