Tritton Gaming Headset

At the 2009 E3 Expo in LA, Tritton Technologies had announced its plan to unveil two new additions of gaming headsets. The latest audio peripherals from Tritton are the AX 720 and the AX 400, optimized for a superior aural experience that pairs well with the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and Hi-Fi audio.

Both the impressive 3D surround sound gaming headsets follow the footsteps of the flagship AX Pro – a much-admired 5.1 audio gaming headset.

Beginning with the AX 720, it is said to be the ultimate gaming headset for players as it flaunts off Dolby Headphone technology with in-line audio controls and self-regulating chat volume control. This Dolby Digital headset even has USB microphone support, enabling gamers to hook the peripheral to the PS3, PC and Mac. Offering voice compatibility with Xbox Live, a breakaway cable design of the AX 720 enables consumers to attach an MP3 player or iPhone for a complete audio solution.

As for the AX 400 is concerned, it claims to be the wireless surround sound gaming headset that has Dolby Headphone technology and all other audio features similar to the above mentioned headset. However, it doesn’t come with an in-line audio control and yet it can be a good option for Wii.

Besides the features, Tritton Technologies keeps the price and release date of the AX 720 and the AX 400 3D surround sound gaming headsets under secrecy.
