Ultrasone has announced the availability of its special edition headphones, called the Edition 8.
Blending innovative German audio engineering and striking aesthetics, the stylish closed-back headphones come equipped with Ultrasone’s latest S-Logic Plus technology for an impartial acoustic and MU-Metal shielding (ULE technology) that eliminate 98 % of radiation directed to the listener. It is finely designed with Ethiopian sheepskin that covers the interior ear cups to isolate leather and sports Ruthenium that covers outer ear cups to offer exceptional metallic polish.
Weighing 260g, the Edition 8 headphone includes features like 30 Ohm impedance, 40 mm driver size (plated with Titanium), NdFeB magnet, 6 to 42.000 Hz frequency range, 6 db SPL, 1.2m USC cord length and 4m USC extension cable length.

It also has gold-plated 3.5/6.3mm adapter and the 3.5mm plugs.
The Ultrasone Edition 8 headphones are priced at $1,499 (approx. Rs. 72,820).
