Nvidia GeForce G210 and GT 220 GPUs now official

Nvidia has officially launched the G210 and GT 220 GPUs. According to Slashgear, these two new OEM cards support DirectX 10.1, OpenGL3.0 and CUDA. The G210 and the GT 220 are 40nm GPU cards.

The Nvidia GeForce G210 incorporates VGA, DisplayPort and DVI outputs. This card comes equipped with 16 processor cores and 589MHz CPU clock speed. To complement these features, it includes 512MB of DDR2 memory and 64-bit interface. It also includes 500MHz clock speed. The shader of this device runs at a speed of 1,402MHz.

The Nvidia GeForce GT 220 comes equipped with VGA, HDMI and DVI ports. It incorporates 48 processor cores and 615MHz clock speed. These features are paired with 1GB of GDDR3 memory, 790MHz clock speed and 128-bit interface. The shader of this card is a bit slow and runs at 1,335MHz.

Both these card will be available as entry-level options in pre-built PCs. The G210 and GT 220 display a maximum display resolution of 2,560 x 1,600.
