Bowers & Wilkins to offer P5 portable headphones

Bowers & Wilkins P5 portable headphones

Bowers & Wilkins are all set to offer their first ever portable headphone set called the P5. These over-ear cupped headphones feature built in microphones and remote compatibility with the iPhone and newer iPods. At present the company has put up the P5 on its official site with a coming soon tag.

The P5 claims to provide more natural sound. It is said to eliminate effects like artificially enhanced bass or treble that become tiring with extended listening. These headphones have been specifically designed for the iPhone and iPod. The P5 is claimed to be the ultimate mp3 headphones that give users incredible, lifelike sound quality. The headphones come embedded with an Apple-approved cable, for easy speech and device control.

The ergonomic design of this headphone incorporates a closed-back design with rigid metal faceplates. The sealed-leather earpads ensure that all the detail and dynamic range of the music is kept intact. It also promises to minimize noise interference. The P5 has been crafted with the finest quality New Zealand sheep’s leather. The durable and hardwearing design renders the headphones comfortable even during long listening sessions.

There is no official word on the pricing and availability details of the Bowers & Wilkins P5 portable headphones.
