Recently, we reported about Logitech Driving Force EX racing wheel that hit Indian market. Now, Logitech has rolled out its latest gaming peripheral for PS3 gamers. Called Logitech Driving Force Wireless, this force feedback racing wheel is exclusively developed for PS3.

It comes with One-Piece Design to quickly set up and easily store the peripheral with PS3. It also includes an expandable Lap Rest, an integrated gas and controls for brake as well as shifting and menu navigation.

“A standard controller doesn’t really give you a satisfying racing experience, yet not everyone can have a complex driving simulator set up in their living room. The Driving Force Wireless delivers the fantastic racing experience you’d expect from a Logitech force feedback wheel. And the one-piece design is easy to set up and just as easy to put away – keeping the living room free of clutter and making the entire family happy,” said Ruben Mookerjee, Logitech’s director of product marketing for gaming.

The wireless wheel sports a 2.4 GHz wireless technology which makes it work to a distance of 30 feet. The Logitech racing wheel eliminates the use of cable and mounting; just plug-in the USB receiver and start racing with adjusted lap resting acceleration.

With the Force feedback the peripheral sports, gamers can move a steering wheel or joystick as if the device were subject to real external forces. The Logitech wheel includes rumble technology which allows players to enjoy directionally and tactile feedback that accurately reproduces forces.

Priced at $99.99 (approx. Rs. 4,314), the Logitech Driving Force Wireless force feedback wheel is scheduled to reach U.S. and Europe by early August.
