Canon has launched two new ultra-compact photo printers, termed as SELPHY CP770 and CP760. The designs do not match any of the existing printers. These sensibly sized photo printers remind of a baby toy basket that is used to store all the tiny cute little toys. Users can carry both the printers almost everywhere and get the print out of the wonderful moments instantly without hooking up to a computer to download images.

Apart from mobility, these photo printers also proves to be an efficient user-friendly. Consumers can not only print their family albums but also print their school art projects and scrapbooks.

The SELPHY photo printers come with nine large buttons for easy navigation through menus. The buttons also well arranged that they boast to sustain a “makes-sense” layout.

The compact CP770 has been developed to attract mothers, children and grandparents, who love to preserve their complete memory portfolio. The basket design SELPHY CP770 compact photo printer comes in a basket-style storage bucket for a perfect carry-it-all solution while traveling. In this cute little bucket, owners can store the printer, coordinating accessories such as paper, ink cartridge and power cord.

A totally different design accompanies owners during their summer camp, birthday parties, wedding showers, or a scrapbooking get-together.

The additional features that make printing possible are a 2.5-inch HD LCD monitor for image previewing, supporting mobile phone or other handheld device for direct printing through an integrated IrSimple function, a high-speed infrared wireless communications.

Shining in a friendly apricot and crisp white color scheme, the photo printer is also compatible with PDAs or other digital devices. You can wirelessly transmit photo data from the device to the printer with the help of infrared signals. User-friendly Canon SELPHY CP760 prints 4×6 inch photographs through digital cameras by using a USB cable or placing the memory card into the slot. It shows off its 2.5 inch, Thin Film Transistor (TFT) easy-to-view control to navigate through menus and ensure image previewing before printing.

Talking about the important a special features of CP770 and CP760, the first thing that tops the list is portrait image optimize technology. With this unique expertise, the printer correct and improve their image quality without the computer’s assistance. These printers also have the ability to overcome the red-eye problem by automatically verifying the position of the red-eye and even changing the pupils back to a natural color.

They also come installed with face detection technology that identify subject’s face inside an image, as well as correct the brightness and coloring of the image. Printers can also lighten or darken individual areas of an image.
