Genius, a Taiwan based company has launched iTempo 800 an iPod speaker in the country. The iTempo 800 features built-in DRD sound effect technology, which controls bass equalizers and delivers good sound quality.
The iTempo speaker incorporates five different cradles for different types of iPods. The iPod shuffle is the only iPod which is not compatible with this speaker.
Moreover, the iPod speaker system also includes S-Video, which allows speakers to be connected with TV or monitor to transfer videos or photos from iPod. One can download music on the iPod through a USB cord even while charging.
Genius has also provided AUX input jack to connect speakers with other audio devices like MP3player, CD player etc. Also a universal power adapter has been included with the speaker.
Talking about the new product, Sandeep Ramani, country manager, KYE Systems (India) Corp. said, “The impressive iTempo 800 will provide true digital audio sound to entertain you at home. Genius’s iPod speakers are available in the Indian market through authorized dealers, Transtek Infoways Pvt Ltd and Tirupati Enterprises at the price of Rs. 5499.
