Creative Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones

Today Creative announced its new Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones. The manufacturer claims that the new headphones improve audio playback for the iPhone, iPod, PC, Mac, PSP and other portable entertainment devices.

“The Aurvana X-Fi Noise-Canceling Headphones, with our X-Fi Crystalizer(R) and CMSS(R)-3D technologies that dramatically improve audio playback, provide so much more than the noise cancellation in Bose headphones,” said Steve Erickson, vice president of audio for Creative. “Noise cancellation sets the stage for an excellent listening experience, and the X-Fi audio technologies up-convert MP3 and AAC music to bring out the best in music and movies.”

The new headphones from Creative reduce up to 90 percent of ambient noise and feature memory foam that molds to the user’s ears. Thus, it provides hours of comfortable listening.

The headphones run on two AAA batteries and rate the life span of up to nine hours.
