After the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8, another flagship smartphone called the LG G Pro 2 has arrived in India bearing a price tag that is only a few bucks shy of Rs 50,000. Although officially it has been pegged at Rs 51,500, some retailers are selling it for Rs 49,900 in the country. An announcement by LG confirming the same is awaited.
Let’s see what the LG G Pro 2 smartphone has in store for us. The device makes the most of the Android KitKat 4.4 OS which works in conjunction with the Optimus UI to deliver an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Its internal operations are conducted under the expert supervision of a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor that can clock in a maximum speed of 2.26GHz.
The phone is graced by a 5.9-inch IPS touchscreen of FHD resolution and dual cameras. Its 2.1MP webcam comes in handy for video conferencing, while a 13MP rear snapper with LED flash, auto focus, OIS, digital zoom and multiple other features can be used for capturing good quality images and videos.
In addition to this, the LG handset boasts of 3GB of RAM and its total onboard storage amounts to 16GB which can easily be increased further by up to 64GB using a microSD card. And as it is powered by a 3200mAh battery, potential buyers can expect it to deliver talk time of as much as 14 hours on a single charge.
The LG G Pro 2 can be picked up from Snapdeal for Rs 49,900 and Mahesh Telecom is slated to start selling it as well.
