LG G Pro 2 smartphone up for sale in India for Rs 49,900

After the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the HTC One M8, another flagship smartphone called the LG G Pro 2 has arrived in India bearing a price tag that is only a few bucks shy of Rs 50,000. Although officially it has been pegged at Rs 51,500, some retailers are selling it for Rs 49,900 in the country. An announcement by LG confirming the same is awaited.

The device makes the most of the Android KitKat 4.4 OS which works in conjunction with the Optimus UI to deliver an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Its internal operations are conducted under the expert supervision of a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor that can clock in a maximum speed of 2.26GHz.
