ZTE Grand S

The ZTE Grand S that was spotted not long ago, had already been confirmed by the Chinese manufacturer itself. It is all geared up to make its debut at the CES to be held in January in Las Vegas.

Instead of letting the web go abuzz with various speculations regarding the Grand S, the company has gone ahead with the official announcement. And as Engadget, who was tipped off via Sina Weibo and MyDrivers mentions, the OEM has also informed prospective users about certain specifications of the phone. But those who require a more detailed report on the device, will have to be patient until ZTE slides the covers off it at the CES next month.

The phone in question comes enclosed in a form factor that measures not more than 6.9mm in thickness. This should make the device easy to handle. Moreover, it accommodates a touchscreen that offers a multi-touch real estate spanning 5 inches which should be capable of rendering clear and high definition visuals.

Based on the Android OS, probably the Jelly Bean platform, the ZTE phone will arrive with a powerful 13MP camera.
