The T-Mobile Motorola Motosmart will soon hit the UK with easy access to user-favorite applications, music and much more. Fans can pick up the smartphone via the carrier’s channels by the end of July.

To simplify and enhance the overall experience, the Motorola device is equipped with the MotoSwitch software, through which users can find their favorite applications and contacts saved directly onto the homescreen. Since the handset picks up on frequently played songs too, users can also select their desired tracks without wasting time. Based on the Gingerbread platform, this device offers a range of connectivity options like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and DLNA.

Built around dimensions of 116 x 63.5 x 11.2 millimeters, the T-Mobile Motorola Motosmart weighs 115 grams. A 3.5-inch TFT capacitive touch display sits pretty on the front panel with a resolution of 320 x 480p. Snap-happy users can look towards the 3MP camera that is fitted onto its back panel. This snapper drags along features like AF and 4x digital zoom for video recording and image capturing.

For hoarding purposes, the device houses 512MB RAM and 512MB internal memory that can be stretched up to 32GB via a microSD card. It is embedded with a gravity sensor, ambient sensor and proximity sensor that enhance the user experience. Under the bonnet, this smartphone is juiced up by a 1400mAh battery that is capable of delivering up to 6 hours of 3G talk time and 500 hours of 3G standby time.

The T-Mobile Motorola Motosmart price in the UK is chalked at £99.99 (approx. Rs. 8,615) on pay as you go plans. Buyers can also pick it up for free via the £7 per month, 24-month plan.
