The elegant frost white colored Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch is slated to be made available starting January 8 along with the affordably priced Samsung M370, through Sprint. While the Epic 4G Touch is an Android based smartphone, the M370 is a feature-rich device packed with most basic attributes.

Powered by the Google Android Gingerbread platform, the Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch is not only compliant with the 3G network, but also offers Sprint 4G speeds for an even faster web browsing experience. It is equipped with the Samsung Exynos dual core processor that clocks in a speed of 1.2GHz.

The front panel dons a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen of 800 x 480p resolution along with a 2MP camera. Also included is an 8MP rear facing camera featuring auto-focus, flash and HD video recording capability. Besides visual voicemail, this Wi-Fi enabled phone provides 3G and 4G mobile hotspot functionality with support for up to 8 mobile devices.

Samsung M370

Encased in a pewter gray colored stylish clamshell design, the front panel of the M370 is dominated by a 2.4-inch LCD screen. The multimedia-ready device is armed with a 1.3MP camera in addition to a speakerphone. It can also be employed to browse the web, while the included Bluetooth wireless technology facilitates connections with other compatible devices.

The frost white Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch price tag reads $199.99 (approx. Rs. 10,555) and the Samsung M370 will be available for $19.99 (approx. Rs. 1,055) along with two-year customer agreements or eligible upgrades. The latter is compatible with most Sprint plans, while the former will require a Sprint Everything Data plan and a $10 Premium Data add-on charge for smartphones. They will be available online and through Sprint retail stores starting January 8.
