The freshest smartphone to make its entry into India is the recently launched Micromax Superfone Lite A75. This is the second handset in the newly introduced Superfone series by Micromax after the A85 that was also released in the country last month.

The Superfone Lite A75 operates on a 650MHz processor which claims to deliver a more enhanced and smoother multitasking and gaming experience along with advanced graphics. It is powered by Android 2.3 Gingerbread and gives users access to more than 2, 50,000 apps in the vast Android Market.

This is the company’s first dual SIM Android mobile phone which promises to offer a faster and fluidal experience of web browsing, mail checking, blogging, sharing photographs and updating statuses on social networking websites. It is embedded with a 3MP rear facing camera featuring LED flash as well as a front facing VGA snapper which can be used for video calling.

Running on a 1300mAh battery, this mobile device comes incorporated with a 3.75-inch capacitive touchscreen and possesses built-in GPS. It is capable of lending support to various connectivity options such as Bluetooth 3.0, 3G Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and USB 2.0. The newly released handset offers HSUPA and HSDPA speeds of 5.76Mbps and 7.2Mbps+, respectively.

The A75 comes pre-installed with apps such as Google Voice Search, SAAVN online music store, Times of India newspaper and Netquin Antivirus, among many others. Accompanied by a 3.5mm universal jack, this device measures 120mm x 63.5mm x 10.9mm and features 256MB RAM. Users can expand its memory up to 32GB via the microSD card slot.

The Micromax Superfone Lite A75 is priced at Rs. 9,000 and is now available at authorized retail stores across India.
