Following its recently released counterpart, the BlackBerry Torch 9810, the Mobilicity BlackBerry Curve 9380 has also arrived in Canada. This smartphone is touted to be a class apart from other BlackBerry devices because it doesn’t sport the company’s trademark QWERTY keyboard and is an all-touch handset.

The Curve 9380 comes embedded with a 3.2-inch 360 x 480p HVGA TFT capacitive touchscreen and is powered by the recently launched BlackBerry 7 OS. Those addicted to various social networking websites could benefit from the pre-installed BBM, Facebook, Twitter and Social Feeds apps.

This smartphone offers users 512MB RAM along with 512MB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via the microSD card slot. It is further capable of lending support to various connectivity options such as GPRS, Edge, Bluetooth 2.1, USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. This BlackBerry handset comes integrated with a 5MP rear facing camera possessing autofocus, geotagging, 4x digital zoom, LED flash, face detection and image stabilization capabilities.

The Mobilicity BlackBerry Curve 9380 smartphone price is tagged at $299.99 (approx. Rs. 15,322) and it is now available at authorized retail stores in Canada. Users can also avail of regular monthly rate plans like $10 data and $5 BlackBerry Internet service additions at 50% off for a period of one year.
