Nokia launches 16GB X6 handset

Nokia X6 The Nokia X6 will now be available in a new form with 16GB storage space. This new variation is available minus music but offers ample of space for 5,500 tracks.

The device is integrated with a 3.2-inch widescreen capacitive touchscreen. It will be available in four new finishes- black, white, white with pink highlights and white with yellow highlights.

The X6 runs on the latest version of Symbian^1 and delivers 11.5 hours of talktime, 18 days standby time, 4.5 hours of video playback and 35 hours of music playback. The X6’s 5 megapixel camera enables users to take pictures along with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash.

Users can also watch their recorded videos on the television with the device’s TV out functionality. One can also edit the videos directly on the phone. It also offers compatibility with the all-new Ovi Maps, offering free walk and drive navigation and also includes Michelin and Lonely Planet guides.

The 16GB X6 comes pre-loaded with games such as Spore by EA, Asphalt4 and DJ Mix Tour by Gameloft. The 16GB X6 is expected to be available in this quarter.
