Embellished with a 3.2-inch touch-screen display, this latest device sports a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

Photography buffs can capture sharp and clear pictures with the novel handset’s 3.2MP camera and video. Flaunting an Android Web browser, it ensures full integration of Google Apps, including Google Maps, Google Talk, Gmail and Google Navigation. With ActiveSync, users can link their contacts and calendar for easy use. It comes equipped with support for various video and music file types plus boasts of an in-built music player.

Social butterflies can rejoice on its preloaded apps such as YouTube, Facebook and Google Talk. Also, access to over 80,000 applications currently available from the Android Market is bundled in.

Owners can benefit from the Virgin Mobile Live app to access Virgin Mobile’s branded music stream. The handset subsumes document file viewer, portrait and landscape screen orientation as well as access to Amazon MP3 store. Additionally, dedicated keys for swift access to social networking are encased into its slim profile.

The Samsung Intercept is now available at Target stores, while it is anticipated to be available during this month through other major retailers.
