Belkin unveils the Micro Charger and Dual Auto Charger

Customers can now charge their iPod or iPhone in their car while on the go. Belkin introduces its latest chargers called as the F8Z446, F8Z445 and F8Z280. These are Micro Auto charger with charge sync cable for iPod and iPhone, Micro Auto charger and Dual Auto charger respectively.

These devices charge the users’ iPhone or iPod in the convenience of their own car. The chargers sport a compact design and hence do not add extra clutter to the dashboard. Users can detach the Micro Auto charger easily from the dashboard. With this device, the iPod, iPhone and GPS systems get charged at 1 amp. The Micro Auto charger with charge sync cable is available for the iPod and iPhone and comprises of a 3 foot charge sync cable.

The Dual Auto charger consists of two USB ports which allow users to charge their iPhone and iPod at the same time. The iPhone gets charged at 1 amp and the iPod charges at 500 milliamps with their respective ports. The iPod charger also supports different iPod devices and mobile phones like the BlackBerry and Motorola handset. It also works with any other cell phones which use a mini-USB connection.

The Micro Auto charger and Dual Auto charger are available for $14.99 (approx. Rs.753) and $29.99 (approx. Rs.1,508) respectively. The Micro Auto charger with charge sync cable for iPod and iPhone is available for $19.99 (approx. Rs.1,006). The Micro Auto charger is expected to hit stores around early May 2009.
