Designed for fashion, this mobile phone promises to be beautiful inside and out. The Jalou will fit into the smallest clutch or a jacket pocket and yet comes loaded with features at the same time. Hence, this phone proves to be the perfect accessory. Besides this, the company also promises that the phone will be in sync with some of the hottest fashion trends that will be seen in the coming year.
“Structured forms, intricate corners, hidden depths and jewel accents are set to be some of the hottest fashion trends in 2010. You can also expect to see deep and natural jewel colours on the runway next year. Jalou reflects these trends with its delicate facet-cut diamond shape design, clean and expressive lines and variety of different shine and matt finishes, that give depth to the handset,†comments Charles Hunt, Jalou head designer at Sony Ericsson. “The design team wanted the handset to reflect beauty found in nature. They looked at structure, strength and form in various crystalline jewels, which resulted in the unique shape.â€
This fashionable handset assures its users that it’s collection of features will keep them entertained and its looks will make them appear fabulous.

This mobile phone has a two inch screen that will transform into a mirror with the touch of a button. This dainty device is equipped with the Walk Mate step counter to ensure its users look good. This feature helps them stay in shape with style. To keep its user up-to-date, this phone will update zodiac signs and events to look forward to throughout the year.
Some of the attributes of the Jalou include a 3.2 megapixel camera, Music player to sway to ones favorite tunes and video recording. It comes with support for 3G, Bluetooth, FM radio and web browsing.
This handset has various shades that have also been selected with style as they are inspired by gems such as Deep Amethyst, Aquamarine Blue and Onyx Black.
The Jalou will be available by the fourth quarter of 2009 but in selected markets.
