Samsung unleashes the Samsung S8300, an ultra-slim phone

Samsung recently announced a new mobile phone called the Samsung S8300 that will adorn the company’s electric portfolio of mobile phones. The ultra-slim touch phone with an innovative design will debut at the Mobile World Congress.

The Samsung S8300 mobile phone offers users a revolutionary touchscreen experience through its enhanced touch interface. The phone sports a 2.8 inch AMOLED anti-scratch touchscreen display that produces bright and vibrant colors. Boasting of an ultra-slim body that is just 12.7m in thickness, the phone comes with an additional 3 x 4 keypad slider.

“With its refined contoured design, Samsung UltraTOUCH is our elegant full-touch hero at this year’s Mobile World Congress, proving again that Samsung’s mobile phones are at the forefront of style,” added Mr. JK Shin, Executive Vice President and Head of Mobile Communication Division of Samsung Electronics.

The phone equips a metal frame, anti-scratch and anti-smudge screen that makes it reliable and robust. The Samsung S8300 phone is enriched with an 8 megapixel camera that comprises of functions like smile shot mode, dual LED flash and video recordings. The ultra slim touch phone also offers GPS navigation functions with detailed maps which will help users to locate their destination.

The Samsung S8300 phone also offers a high speed internet access powered with HSDPA 7.2 Mbps. Users can drag and drop various mobile widgets on the phone’s home screen to instantly access their favorite applications.

Additionally, the phone is packed in with various other features like an FM radio with RDS support, audio player, support for DviX and XviD, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity.
