Sony Ericsson unfurls Xperia X2

Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 Bringing to users the best in class email and multimedia experience is the latest creation from Sony Ericsson, the Xperia X2. With prime importance given to all day and night communication, this latest Windows Mobile 6.5 phone effortlessly synchronizes the user’s mail and calendar and lets user open/edit Microsoft Office Mobile documents.

Gain access to the most frequently used phone activities with the unique SlideView feature incorporated in the Xperia X2. The SlideView offers an overview of the missed calls, e-mails, text messages and so on.

The Xperia X2 does not create boundaries by providing- 14 preloaded panels along with 16 more that can be downloaded. Be it Skype, Google or games, the panels keep users updated about the activities important to them.

The highlights of the device are the advanced touch interface and the 3D signature panel. It enables users to categorize features such as business, fun and more. Another notable feature is its QWERTY messaging that allows the Windows Mobile users to display presentations with the TV out cable.

This newest Windows handset does not compromise on the entertainment factor. The 3.2-inch touchscreen displays DVD quality. The screen also enables viewing of amazing photos taken from its 8.1 megapixel camera. Whether it’s chatting with loved ones through Skype or accessing Facebook to upload images, the Xperia X2 does it all.

Users can also get the most out of their handset with the newly designed sales package, the Xperia Services.
Some other attributes of the phone include 16x digital zoom, geo tagging, image stabilizer, Bluetooth stereo (A2DP), Sony Ericsson media player, stereo speakers, Windows Media Player, bookmarks, A-GPS and support for USB and Wi-Fi. At 115 grams and 110mm x 54mm x 16mm dimensions, the device is inclusive of a 4GB SanDisk microSD memory card.

Sporting Elegant Black and Modern Silver, the Xperia X2 will be available in select markets from early Q4, this year.
