Fly Mobile, an Eastern European mobile phone network operator, has unveiled its new Levis-Strauss mobile phone, which itself explains that it comes encrusted with Levi-Strauss logo etched on its metallic back side, and tiny bolts around its perimeter, front and back. This 4-ounce unit is only available in Russia and to Fly Mobile’s customers.
The stylish luxurious branded phone features a 1.76-inch screen with resolution of 220×176 pixels along with a 2-megapixel camera to capture still and moving pictures in 1,600-1,200 resolution. It supports both MPEG4 and 3GP (H.263) formats while shooting.

Users can associate a melody and photo with each name with the help of an integrated image editor. In context to connectivity, it incorporates WAP 2.0 or GPRS class 8 for Internet access, doubles as GPRS modem, Bluetooth 1.2 A2DP interface and support for GSM 900 networks along with DCS 1800/1900.
Fly Mobile’s Levi-Strauss handset will cost around $520 (approx. Rs. 20,800).
