Nokia E71 and E66 Business Phones Reach Indian Market

Nokia E71 and E66 After UK market, Nokia has planned to release E71 and E66 business phone in India. Both of the Eseries handsets mobilize a broad range of personal or professional messaging needs, including Microsoft Exchange, the world’s most widely adopted corporate email solution.

The sleek Nokia E71 phone comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and the stylish, slide-to-open Nokia E66 sport easy-to-install and easy-to-use professional and personal email.
Professionals can access their email using the Mail for Exchange mobile email client, calendar, contacts and tasks, as well as download attachments like Word, Excel, PowerPoint or PDF files. However, only Nokia E71 has the freedom to allow users to edit MS Office documents.

These handsets assists consumers to access email accounts from more than a thousand Internet service providers (ISPs) across the globe and also chat with their loved ones through Gmail, Yahoo! mail and Hotmail. The E71 and E66 are also compatible with third-party email solutions such as Seven and Visto.

Nokia’s E71 and Nokia E66 phones also enables owners to utilize maps, music and media sharing, along with fast and seamless browsing with HSDPA, wireless LAN and 3G connectivity.

Both the devices are equipped with up to 8 GB external memory, a 3.2 megapixel auto-focus camera, assisted GPS (A-GPS), Nokia Maps for navigation, integrated encryption functionality, a mobile VPN support to access company’s intranet. They are ideal devices for enterprise-specific deployment, thanks to in-built technologies that ensures effectively manage security settings, corporate applications, data and advanced voice features.

Developed for one-handset and two-handset use, Nokia’s E66 employs an orientation sensor to automatically optimize a full screen viewing and activate the silent mode when the device is turned over. It comes in a premium stainless steel accents.

The Nokia E71 and the E66 business phone are available in the Indian market for an estimated price of Rs. 22,949 and Rs. 23,689, respectively.
