Nokia has announced the availability of the new Nokia N95 mobile phone that supports North American High Speed Download Packet Access (HSDPA) or Wi-Fi networks in U.S.

Along with enhanced Assisted GPS (A-GPS), increased memory and a new battery with extended operating time, the Nokia N95 features SlingPlayer Mobile software with Nokia maps for maping and routing in over 150 countries. Furthermore, it is also compatible with full turn-by-turn satellite navigation in over 30 countries.

The Nokia N95 comes with a 5 megapixel camera with DVD-quality video recorder, 3G prowess helps the user to take the largest images and video files and later uploading them quickly and effortlessly to share. It is bundled with 8GB of internal memory with 1GB microSD.

The US 3G N95 from Nokia is presently available at the Nokia Flagship Stores in New York and Chicago for $699 (approx. Rs. 42,000). You will also be provided with free one-month navigation license, a city guide of your choice and additional maps that are already preloaded on a 1GB memory card – costing you $50 (approx. Rs. 2000).
