The iPhone unlocking program news is no longer new anymore. It has been chewed for quiet some time now. But up till now Apple had not any given response to it. However, yesterday for the very first time Apple issued an official statement saying installation of such programs might damage the device.
Apple also mentioned that these unauthorized unlocking programs are very harmful to iPhone’s software and can disable the device permanently.
Besides, they also made it clear that the damaged iPhone due to such unauthorized programs will not be covered under the iPhone warranty.
Moreover, Apple has announced its plan to release the next iPhone software update, containing many new features including the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store, later this week.
