Nokia India has just launched the N93i multimedia device in India, which combines a camcorder, camera, blogging tools, FM radio and much more into one device. The N93i has a 3.2 mega pixel camera with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, with a Carl Zeiss lens that allows for 3x optical zoom, auto focus and close-up mode. Besides, users can also shoot DVD-like quality MPEG-4 VGA videos at 30 frames per second with the Nokia N93i multimedia device.

The N93i mobile phone has a 1 GB miniSD card that stores around 45 minutes of video or up to 1250 high-quality photos. Since the N93i phone has been designed to work on WLAN, 3G (WCDMA 2100 MHz), EDGE and GSM (900/1800/1900 MHz) networks, users can browse, upload content and send and receive mails on this phone.

Other features include MP3 music playback, podcasts, stereo FM radio and mobile TV video streaming. . The N93i comes preloaded with Adobe Premium Elements 3.0 software. This allows users to shoot professional quality movies and then transfer them onto a compatible PC, after which these videos can be burned onto DVDs.

The Nokia N93i mobile phone has a metallic finish keypad and a mirror effect cover. It has a 2.4” main display of up to 16 million colors and has a 160 degrees viewing angle. Besides, the user-friendly joystick provides smooth control, and the dedicated camera keys allow for quick capture of images. The joystick also makes it easier to switch to shooting mode and also operates the flash quickly.

The N93i mobile phone from Nokia also integrates a new personal video and photo blogging service called Vox, which has privacy features that allow users to share articles, stories and thoughts almost instantly with friends or the entire world for that matter.
