Sony Ericsson Launches Four More Mobile Phones

Sony Ericsson new phones After the release of K850 and Z320, Sony Ericsson has launched four more mobile phones, expanding their walkman series with two of them. The four newly launched mobile are Z250, K530, W910 and W960.

The Sony Ericsson Z250 is clamshell phone having a VGA camera. It is as slim as 19mm and weighs just 90g. The mobile phone is incorporated with 65k CSTN display with 128×160 pixel resolution. The Z250 also features front display which gets activated when a call or message is coming in. Infrared and USB enhance the connectivity options of the phone. Besides these, the Z250 phone has features such as: 7 hours talk time and up to 300 hours standby, WAP connectivity, a speaker phone, sound recorder etc. Also the standard features like calendar, stopwatch, and alarm.

The K530 is a 3G-enabled phone and is well equipped with lot of functions to cover most of users requirements, including GPS tracking, 2mp camera with 2.5x digital zoom and Stereo Bluetooth. The phone features MP3 player, video player, FM radio, 3d and Java games. It is also incorporated with speakerphone and recorder. Besides, Bluetooth, camera also has USB connectivity option. Furthermore, the K530 is included with 2-inch screen with 176×220 pixel resolution supporting 262K colors which allows users to watch images and videos. Internal memory is 16MB but it can be expanded using Memory Stick Micro (M2).

The W910 belongs to the walkman series of Sony Ericsson. It’s an HSDPA phone specially designed for entertaining the users with 3D games, video, or high-speed Web access. The phone is well equipped with two cameras: one with 2mp and another is a simpler VGA, which is located at the front side of the phone and can be used for video calling. The W910 phone is equipped with 2.4-inch Touch screen display and supports 240 x 320 pixels and 262k colors. Besides, 40MB internal memory, also a 1GB card (M2) comes along with the phone. Lots of memory to store images and videos!

Another phone in the walkman series that Sony Ericsson introduced is the W960. The phone incorporates TrackID music recognition software, which allows users to record a clip of a song on the phone and instantly finds out the name of the artist, track and album. Considering the music lovers needs, the W960 Walkman phone comes along with a stereo portable handsfree and a Stereo Bluetooth headset. Besides music, the W960 phone is well equipped with touch-screen navigation on its 2.6″ display, plus a 3.2 MP camera. The phone also supports 3D games, video and high-speed Web access.

All phones are expected to be in the market by Q4 of 2007 but no availability and pricing information was disclosed by Sony Ericsson.
