Alltel and LG Introduce The Wave

Alltel LG logo and The Wave phone Alltel Wireless, largest network in America, has announced its flow of network with the launch of the latest mobile phone, The Wave by LG.

The features of The Wave include a 1.3 Mega Pixel camera with video capabilities, MP3 player with external controls, expandable memory slot, Bluetooth connectivity and GPS.

Regarding Alltel features, it comes equipped with preloaded Axcess TV and Axcess Search and Axcess Shop that enables the consumer to download games, ringtones and many more.

According to Wade McGill, senior vice president of wireless products and services, for Alltel, “With its sleek design, The Wave is a fashionable option to stay connected. Alltel Wireless is excited to introduce another phone to our lineup that provides our customers with the best in form and function.”

The Wave mobile phone also offers basic features such as Calendar, Calculator, Notepad, Alarm clock, and Stop watch.

In addition, customers can also personalize The Wave phone with specifications like Jump Music, free software to transfer music files from PC.

It also provides Celltop, a patent-pending technology, which that guides the user to access, manage, and organize a wide range of information easily.

The price of The Wave mobile device is $79.99 (approx. Rs. 3200) after a $50 mail-in-rebate for customers who sign a two-year service contract and customers who qualify rate plans. The official cost of the phone is $249.99 (approx. Rs. 10,000).

To join ‘My Circle’, customers need to get qualified on calling plan and provides any 10 number free calling on any network. Anytime plan charges allows customers the freedom to change their calling plan with no extending current contracts, any time.
